Gaspa
Gaspà is a red wine Isola dei Nuraghi IGT produced by Tenuta Teo D'Oro, located in San Teodoro, Sardinia. It has a deep garnet color. On the nose, it offers intense hints of blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by typical aromas of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with a soft and full mid-mouth, and a long finish that recalls notes of helichrysum and vanilla.
WINE
The vinification takes place in steel and lasts 25 days. Malolactic fermentation in barriques and aging in second passage oak barriques for 18 months. A 3-month refinement period follows.
